Alfred de Gouveia, the companies General Manager, has a diverse range of experience in business. Prior business interests over the years afforded him a good understanding of the building industry in Australia. Alfred oversees the companies sales functions, operations, advertising & IT groups.

Dirk Muller, the companies Technical Manager, practiced as an Architect in Cape Town for twenty years before moving to Perth (WA) in 1997 to launch Australia's first floor heating franchise group. Dirk and his family relocated to the east coast to further facilitate the growth of the franchise group, prior to establishing Coldbuster floor heating. Dirk oversees the companies product range & technical functions.

Annie Schady, the companies Marketing Manager, is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in the building industry. Annie practiced as an architect for 15 years prior to relocating to Australia. Over 9 years, prior to establishing Coldbuster floor heating, Annie has developed a good understanding of the floor heating market in Australia, and oversees the companies sales & marketing groups.
